Frequently asked questions and rules

All plans of FXFinancer programs are performed by Demo accounts that are sent to traders by the company's official email ([email protected]). Traders who will participate in the programs,they should do their trade's in Demo accounts, following the rules.

The Traders Financing Program has two 60-day phases in the first step you must be able to reach 8% profit within 30 days ( minimum trade : 5 days )
In the second step, you enter the verification step, in this step you should be able to reach 5% profit within 30 days ( minimum trade : 5 days ).

stellar program is without time limit.
This plan is without minimum trading days and after successfully completing the minimum trading days challenge on the main account it is 10 days.

For accounts with evaluation (challenges), the leverage is 1:100
For accounts with Instant funding, Equivalent to 1:10 leverage
For accounts with stellar, the leverage is 1:50.
For accounts with No time limit, the leverage is 1:100
Copy trading from your account is allowed, but you are not allowed to copy from others, and a similar trade from someone else will be considered a violation of the rules.
EA and Indicators are allowed. This includes Trade copiers, Tools for managing risk, and Auto Trading bots. You can also use third-party EA as well. All you need to do is verify the EA before using it on your real account. However, using any of the following strategies is strictly forbidden:
1- Use of Emulators.
2- Reverse Arbitrage Trading.
3- Hedge Arbitrage Trading.
4- Latency Arbitrage Trading.
5- Tick Scalping (50% of trades should not be under 30 seconds)
If the usage of any of these strategies is found in your account, it will be considered a violation of the rules, and FXFinancer will terminate the account without any warning.
Metatrader platform version 4 and 5 is offered for accounts.
Trading in news time is allowed only for Evaluation Plan and No time limit plans in IC-Market MT5 Broker & Alpari MT5.
For other plans, we would only consider the news directly correlated to your trading pairs. You are free to take trades if the news has a high impact but is not directly correlated to your trading pair. For example, let's say you want to take a trade in AUDUSD, and there is high-impact news on GBP. In that case, you can still open the AUDUSD trade as the GBP news is not directly correlated to your trading pair. But in the same example, if the news were on USD or AUD, it would violate the rules to open or close a trade 3 minutes before and after the news.
Martingale and hedge are allowed. Hedging at the same time on different accounts in order to pass or withdraw profit in real accounts in prop FXFinancer is against the rules and the accounts of the violator will be blocked.
According to the pairs offered in the brokers.
If the trader passes the challenge faster than the designated time (5 days), the trader can only reduce trading volume by 50% to complete the trades.
The size of the position in the Evaluation Plan and No time limit plans ( challenging plans ) : unlimited .
Note: In order to prevent gambling-like trades, more than 80% of the profit earned in the Rail account should not be in less than 10% of trades, otherwise, the profit earned in gambling-like trades will not be counted. For example, in a $10,000 account, the trader was able to make $2,000 in profit. If more than $1,600 of this profit is obtained in less than 10% of the trades, this profit cannot be paid and the trader's share is $400. If the trader wants to continue trading, he can continue trading to increase the amount of effective profit trades above 10%. In this case, the full interest is paid.
The size of the position in the Rapid trading should not be more than 4 lots.
The size of the position in the Instant funding plans should not be more than 2 lots.
The trader can keep positions open for the weekend.
Crypto trades in weekend is allowed only for Evaluation Plan and No time limit plans in Alpari MT5 Broker.
If the trader does not reach the profit target , the trader will receive the opportunity to continue with the program at a discounted price .
This re-registration cost also known as the reset fee since we will provide the trader with a new account and reset the trading cycle.
Applicable to phase - 1(evaluation) only , and reset fees are given below .
5000 = > $17
10000 => $31
25000 => $72

Traders who do not comply with the mentioned rules or traders who want to have more user accounts than allowed by presenting fake documents are identified as fraudsters. If any fraud is proven by our system, all the traders' user accounts will be deactivated and no amount will be refunded to the traders. If the trader's user account is in profit, the entire amount will be held by our team.
If the violation is proven, all accounts and liquidity of the user will be held, and after that, the trader will not be able to cooperate with FXfinancer, and no account will be activated for the trader.
After the success of the first stage of evaluation, you inform our team through the user panel, after checking your portfolio of the trades, you can start the verification step.
If your account rejects drawdown and returns to profit, your account will not be approved. Keep in mind that your account should not exceed the set loss limit
Each user can have three active trading plans. If the user orders a new plan after having three plans, that plan remains on hold for the user until one of the plans is completed.
The amount of activated plans should not be higher than 200 thousand dollars.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50
Evaluation Plan:
Withdrawal of the first profit 14 days after the first trade with minimum trading days. After this, every other week.

For Instant Funding Plans Plans after the end of the account period(Every month)
In stellar accounts:
The withdrawal request date is 14-16 and 28-30 of every month.
No time limit:
Profit withdrawal 3 weeks after the first trade (minimum trading days 12 days) in the main account.
After this, every other week.
No commission is taken from you for paying interest.
You only pay the transfer fee of the withdrawal method.
In evaluation (challenging ) & No Time limit accounts, 130% refund in the second withdrawal.

In stellar accounts, 150% refund in the third withdrawal.
In evaluation (challenging ) accounts, your profit is 80% of the trade.
In instant funding account , your profit is 50% of the trade.
In stellar accounts, your profit is 80% of the trade.
In No time limit accounts, your profit is 80% of the trade.
In VIP account, your profit is 90% of the trade.

Capital growth in the Evaluation Plan : the trader must have started trading with a real account for 3 months and the total profit of the last 3 months must be more than 15%. In this case, 40% will be added to the balance every 3 months.
There is no capital growth in this program.
Capital growth in the Stellar Plan : the trader must have started trading with a real account for 3 months and the total profit of the last 3 months must be more than 15%. In this case, 40% will be added to the balance every 3 months.
Capital growth in the No time limit Plan : the trader must have started trading with a real account for 3 months and the total profit of the last 3 months must be more than 15%. In this case, 40% will be added to the balance every 3 months.
Capital growth in the VIP Plan : the trader must have started trading with a real account for 3 months and the total profit of the last 3 months must be more than 15%. In this case, 50% will be added to the balance every 2 months.
For KYC, you must provide one of the following identification documents which are approved by FXF:
- Driving License
- Identification Card
- Passport
- Note: If the language of your documents is Russian, Arabic and languages other than Latin, only the passport will be approved.

You send us one of the requested documents from our dashboard, and after our evaluation, you will be notified if your documents are approved.
If the trader provides fake ID documents to have more user accounts, if proven, all user accounts identified by our team will be disabled.

in the challenge account :
Traders may not incur losses exceeding 10%, on a trailing basis up to starting balance+10%. Once a trader has reached 5% profits in their account, the trailing drawdown becomes obsolete, and traders are allowed to drawdown back to their starting balance before breaching.
in the challenge account :
a trader with a $10000 funded account would have a $500 daily loss limit. If the trader ran up a profit of $1000, their new daily loss limit would be $550 – or 5% of their new balance of $11000.
